1. Appeal submitted by David Parker of 1400 Langston Drive, Upper Arlington, Ohio, of
the April 21, 2021 Board of Zoning and Planning decision (VAR-38-20), denying the
request for Variance 38-20, to allow the retention of a six-foot tall wood fence that
encroaches 27.5 feet into Greensview Drive front yard, in lieu of the 42-inch height
limit and 15-foot projection permitted.

and voted on by BZAP, which include completing any required staining of the north
side of the fence facing the neighboring property, reducing the height of the fence to
match the height of the gate (54 inches), adding boards to the exterior of the fence so
the finished side faces the public, and implementation of the submitted landscaping
plan.
