Ordinance No. 59-2022 – [2nd reading - effective upon passage] - An
Ordinance authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $36,000,000 of nontax
revenue bonds, in one or more series, for the purpose of acquiring,
constructing, installing and equipping capital projects, including office space
and public infrastructure, consisting of, among other things, roads, water and
sewer utilities, parking facilities, installing and equipping the same, acquiring
land and interests in land, and all necessary appurtenances thereto;
authorizing a purchase agreement in connection with such bonds; and
authorizing the preparation and delivery of an official statement relating to
such bonds (Kingsdale mixed-use redevelopment infrastructure)

Fishinger Rd. from One-Family Residence District (R-1B) to Residential

15 condominium units in two-story formats
