the City of Upper Arlington to rezone a 1.92 acre site located at 2750, 2770 and 2790
Fishinger Rd from R-1b (One-Family Residence District) to RCD (Residential
Community Development District) to allow for the construction of up to 22
condominium units in two-story and three-story formats (Adams)
