The City Clerk has received notice from the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control that a liquor permit application has been filed for Transfer of Ownership and Location (TFOL), for an existing D5 and D6 permit type/class from Barra Restaurants LLC and Bsmt, located at 3051 Northwest Blvd. and Patio, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, to Fairway Columbus LLC, located at 1975 Henderson Rd., Upper Arlington, Ohio 43220.
