requiring annual service payments in lieu of taxes; designating a Municipal Public
Improvement Tax Increment Equivalent Fund for the deposit of such service

Lazarus/Macy’s store at Kingsdale Shopping Center, including landscaping and

prior expenditures of the City in connection with the same; providing for the pledge
of revenues from the city’s income tax to secure the payment of principal of and
interest on the securities; authorizing the use and delivery of an official statement
relating to the securities

determine that the “Public Infrastructure Improvements” that can be funded from
service payments in lieu of taxes paid in accordance with such Ordinances includes
the development of a Community Center and that the Community Center will directly
benefit the property described in such Ordinances
